Case Law – RTK Precedent
This page lists the N.H. Supreme Court cases that define precedents for the Right-to-Know law. These are the key cases to help understand what this law means. This list also includes cases interpreting N.H. Const. Part I, Art. 8. Most of these constitutional cases concern records and proceedings of courts and the legislature. Precedential cases like these are also the only cases courts want cited in legal arguments.
