The House Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee has scheduled a hearing on a Right-to-Know bill on Friday, February 12, 2016. The hearing for HB1492 on individual privacy and police body cameras is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. The hearing will be in room 204 of the Legislative Office Building (LOB) which is directly behind the State House in Concord, NH.
RTKNH supports this bill to the extent it provides public access to body camera records. The public is invited to attend this hearing and RTKNH encourages those who support this bill to come to the hearing to show your support. Directions from around the state are available here.
