The House Judiciary Committee has scheduled hearings on 2 Right-to-Know bills on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. The hearing for HB1216 on requiring agencies to provide information that is not recorded is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. The hearing for HB1413 on studying how to handle RTK complaints is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. The hearings will be in room 208 of the Legislative Office Building (LOB) which is directly behind the State House in Concord, NH.
RTKNH opposes HB1216, but supports the intention of the bill. RTKNH supports HB1413. The public is invited to attend this hearing and RTKNH encourages those who support HB1413 to come to the hearing to show your support. Directions from around the state are available here.
