The House Judiciary Committee has scheduled a hearing on a Right-to-Know bill on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. The hearing for HB1611 on allowing agencies to charge to retrieve public records is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. The hearing will be in room 208 of the Legislative Office Building (LOB) which is directly behind the State House in Concord, NH.
RTKNH opposes this bill. The public is invited to attend this hearing and RTKNH encourages those who oppose this bill to come to the hearing to show your opposition. Directions from around the state are available here.
