The towns of Sandown and Danville together sued the Timberlane Regional School District. Their primary complaints concern spending on projects rejected by the voters. But, the complaint also alleges RSA 91-A Right-to-Know Law violations concerning an advisory committee created by the superintendent but that advised the school board about the rejected projects. Timberlane asserts that the advisory committee was not a public body subject to the law. The petition with exhibits is available here.
