A new Right-to-Know lawsuit was filed last week in the Hillsborough Superior Court North by citizens of Francestown against their town. This lawsuit titled Orsi, et al. v. Town of Francestown, et al. alleges a series of violations of the Right-to-Know law as well as the related policy of their board of selectmen. The alleged violations are mostly related to the recent resignation of the town police chief and the lawsuit seeks to invalidate a contract with Municipal Resources, Inc. that allegedly lead to the resignation, among other things. Here is the full petition and attached exhibits.
