The Senate Judiciary Committee has scheduled hearings on a few Right-to-Know bills on Tuesday, April 21, 2015. The hearing for HB108 that requires a public vote to seal non-public minutes is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. The hearing for HB285 that allows non-public sessions for written legal correspondence is scheduled for 9:15 a.m. The hearing for HB613 that exempts from public disclosure license applications by individuals is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. The hearings will be in room 100 in the State House in Concord, NH.
