According to an editorial in Foster’s Daily Democrat, a committee of city representatives violated the Right-to-Know Law at a meeting held at a local restaurant. The committee was reviewing stipends for city employees. It violated the law when it met at 11:30 instead of the posted time of 12:00. And, when a reporter arrived to attend the meeting, a restaurant employee had not been informed of the meeting and did not allow the reporter to look for it. The full editorial is available here.
