House Kills HB181

The House killed HB181 by a roll call vote this week.  This bill would have required a public record for non-meetings of public bodies for exemptions including collective bargaining, legal consultation and political caucuses.  It was previously rejected 15-2 by the House Judiciary Committee with a recommendation that the bill was inexpedient to legislate.  The roll call vote was 302 to 52 and records how each representative voted to kill HB181.
